Are you service-oriented, social, and enjoy variety in your job?

Do you want to work with food, people, and events this summer? From festivals and corporate events to student celebrations, throughout Western Sweden? Then this could be the job for you!

We are looking for 6–8 people to join our event team. No prior experience is required; you will receive training and support from us from day one.

As an event staff member with us, you will work in our team with:

  • Festivals and concerts
  • Markets
  • Corporate activities and kickoff events
  • Student celebrations
  • Private and customer-booked events

Your responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare, and serve food from our food truck
  • Work at the cash register
  • Customer contact and service for guests
  • Prepare equipment and ingredients for the event
  • Assist with cleaning, packing, and closing before and after the event

You will work with an engaged team and be involved in all parts of the process, from loading in the morning to closing for the day.

Sometimes the job may require you to travel to other locations:

  • Accommodation included
  • Travel expenses covered
  • Meals during work shifts included

Working hours and schedule

  • Hourly employment, you must be able to work at least 15 hours/week (If this means 30 hours for 2 weeks and 0 hours for 2 weeks, that is fine too.)
  • Flexible schedule where you can influence which events you can work at
  • Perfect for those who want to work a lot in the summer and plan around other activities

Salary and compensation

  • 150–180 SEK/hour, based on previous experience and age
  • Extra pay for evenings and nights (not weekends)
  • Compensation for overnight stays and accommodation when needed
